Do I need to create an account to get started?: You can explore some features without signing up, but creating a free account unlocks the full suite of tools and saves your project history so you can pick up right where you left off.
What devices and browsers are supported?: facegenius.store works on any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are all supported. No app download required. A stable internet connection gives you the best experience.

How do I upload a photo?: Simply click the upload button on the tool page, choose an image from your device, and the AI gets to work within seconds. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and WEBP.
What image quality works best?: Clear, well-lit photos with the face visible and unobstructed tend to produce the sharpest results. Blurry or heavily filtered images may affect output quality.
Can I use photos of other people?: You should only upload photos for which you have the right to do so — either your own images or photos where you have explicit permission from the person pictured. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.
How long does processing take?: Most results are ready in under 10 seconds. During peak usage times there may be a short wait, but we work hard to keep things moving quickly.

The tool isn't detecting a face in my photo — what should I try?: Make sure the face is clearly visible, well-lit, and not obscured by sunglasses, masks, or extreme angles. Cropping the image so the face takes up more of the frame often helps.
My result looks distorted or unexpected. What happened?: Unusual results can happen with low-resolution images, heavy filters, or photos taken at extreme angles. Try uploading a different photo and see if that improves things. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
I'm getting an error message during upload. What should I do?: First, check that your file is under the size limit and in a supported format (JPG, PNG, or WEBP). Clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser can also resolve most upload issues.
